This Privacy Policy explains how Balto Ventures, LLC, doing business as Medicarelism ("Medicarelism," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit Medicarelism.com or interact with our Medicare Readiness Assessment, handbook request, or related forms (collectively, the "Site"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information generated by your responses to our assessment:

The assessment asks general questions about your coverage situation (for example, whether you take regular prescriptions) so we can point you toward relevant educational information. We are not a healthcare provider or health plan, and this information is not medical record information subject to HIPAA. Please avoid submitting specific diagnoses or highly sensitive health details through the Site.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and deliver your personalized Readiness Assessment summary;
- To send you the Medicare & You handbook and related educational content you request;
- To connect you with a licensed, independent insurance agent who can discuss Medicare options with you, if you choose to speak with one;
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support;
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. Communications Consent (Phone, Text & Email)
By submitting the Readiness Assessment or any other form on the Site, you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages (SMS), and emails from Medicarelism and/or its licensed agent partners at the phone number and email address you provide — including through automatic telephone dialing systems or artificial/prerecorded voice messages — even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not required as a condition of receiving any product or service. Message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any text, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or calling (855) 717-0011.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, respond to your requests, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
9. Your Privacy Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to opt out of certain sharing, or to withdraw previously given consent. California, and other state privacy law residents specifically may direct any "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request to the same contact above.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
